Chipped teeth caused by a minor traumatic event should be assessed and restored by Dr Peddey. Recommended treatment is often bonded composite resins.

Larger breaks may need to be considered as a broken tooth.

Teeth that chip regularly should be reviewed for the possibility of bruxism.

The chipped tooth structure needs to be restored. A night guard may need to be considered.
